Samsung Galaxy A80 Review

If you’re looking for a new phone, there are a few things you’ll want to know before making your purchase. The first thing you’ll need to know is the specs. The Samsung Galaxy A80 has a powerful octa-core CPU comprising dual-core 2.2GHz and hexa-core 1.8GHz processors. It also has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Unfortunately, the company has not yet confirmed whether or not this storage is expandable.

No Bixby button

If your Samsung Galaxy A80 doesn’t have a Bixby button, you may be wondering how to fix the problem. You can use the Bixby home app. This will require you to log in using your fingerprints. After that, you’ll be prompted to review some terms and conditions. If uncomfortable with these terms and conditions, you can disable Bixby on the phone’s home screen.

The Samsung Galaxy A80 is an Android phone that runs Android 9 Pie. It’s One UI is beautiful and comes with features like Bixby Routines and Digital Wellbeing. But it lacks a Bixby button for the power button, unlike the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A70. Other features on the A80 include a blue light filter, one-handed mode, and navigation bar gestures.

No 3.5mm headphone jack

The Samsung Galaxy A80 is one of the first phones from the company to lack a 3.5mm headphone jack. Although the Galaxy A80 lacks this port, it still has a high-quality screen with a 6.53-inch diagonal. The device also has speakers that produce high-quality sound. If you’d like to listen to your music through headphones, you can purchase a wireless or wired 3.5mm adapter.

There are a few reasons why Samsung removed the headphone jack from the Galaxy A80. The most likely reason is space constraints. The company may not remove the headphone jack entirely from its new devices, but it could be a trial run to see how fans react to the lack of a 3.5mm jack.

No fingerprint sensor

You may have a few possible solutions if you’re wondering why your Samsung Galaxy A80 doesn’t recognize your fingerprints. First, ensure liquids, oils, or debris do not block the fingerprint sensor. Then, use a wet cloth to wipe the module clean. Be sure to avoid sharp objects, as these can harm the sensor.

Another option is to factory reset the phone. But remember that doing so will wipe out all the data from the device, so be sure to back up your information before you go through the process. You will also be prompted to enter a password to confirm the factory reset.

Bulky design

The Samsung Galaxy A80 is one of the premium offerings in the Galaxy A series this year. It offers a notchless Super AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 730G chipset, and a rotating triple camera setup. The A80 costs Rs 47,990. However, its camera quality is far from impressive.

The Galaxy A80 features a 6.7-inch display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. The display doesn’t have a notch, but it does have slim bezels and is surrounded by a glass back. It has an impressive screen-to-body ratio of almost 100%.

One drawback of the Samsung Galaxy A80 is its bulky design. It measures 165.2mm x 76.5mm and weighs around 220 grams. This large design can make the device difficult to hold with one hand, as the screen has a large area. The large screen size makes it difficult to reach the corners of the screen with one hand. As a result, the one-handed use of the Galaxy A80 may not be suitable for users with large fingers.

One-handed usage mode

The One-handed usage mode on the Samsung Galaxy A80 allows you to use the device with just one hand. Double tap the home button to activate this mode or swipe down from the bottom right corner of the screen. The device will then compress its display so you can use it with one hand.

The Samsung Galaxy A80 is a mid-range Android phone that includes Android 9 Pie with the new One UI. It also has a system-wide dark mode and an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera with ToF (Time of Flight) technology for depth mapping. The phone also has three rear cameras that rotate towards the front for crisp selfies. It has a 3,700mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging.

The Samsung Galaxy A80 is available in three colors: Phantom Black, Ghost White, and Angel Gold. The phone has a massive 3700mAh battery and Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G Octa-Core processor. It also has Samsung Pay for secure payments almost anywhere. It has a 48MP main camera offers great quality images day or night. It can record 4K UHD videos. It also has a 3D depth camera that offers Live Focus shots and videos. The phone also has an Ultra-Wide angle lens with a 123-degree field view.
